    Absolutely nothing will disappoint here. Fantastic for both lunch and dinner. The buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and truffle fries are musts for lunch, and the confit pork belly for a starter.

    I honestly didn't wanna come here because it's the most expensive around ($100 pp), but it was the best dinner I had in vail. Try the ahi tuna, the king crab tostada and the fillet mignon.

    EXCELENTE, el pato y el atún "ahi" son las mejores elecciones, acompaña con un vino tinto de su elección.//EXCELLENT, the duck and "ahi" tuna are the best, accompanying with some red wine & enjoy.

    Easily one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Everything that came to our table was not just good but outstanding. The quail, beet salad, and pork chop were all incredibly delicious! Go here

    Small menu. The tomato tower has 1 single fried green tomato. Truffle fries are a must. The ahi tuna sandwich runs on the dainty side. The burger was amazing!

    We love to come here for an amazing dinner and fantastic cocktails. Be prepared for a crowd because of this restaurants wonderful reputation. If you are in a hurry, this is not the restaurant for you.

    We were here for lunch started off with fire roasted cauliflower which we all were not fans of, very bold taste. The shrimp & grits were amazing.

    The bison tartare and trout entree were fantastic. Great cocktails - in particular, the espresso martini - and an outstanding bourbon selection.

    Some of the best food in CO. Go to favorites include - chicken liver pate, shrimp & grits, pimento cheese, wedge salad, and pork shank

    Very good dinner, right by the creek. Go with the Pork if looking for meat, steak is only OK. Whenever some sort of sauce is ordered the kitchen does this loud shouting thing, look out for that.

    They have the full menu at the bar and it's first come, first served so if you want to eat here but don't have a reservation (or are a solo diner), the bar is a great option!

    The Boulder Chicken breast was great. Portions are on the smaller side though. If you have room, try the Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake.

    The olives are super tasty. I love the pork shank. They change their menu regularly and it’s always top notch.

    worked here for about a year. high profile bottom of the mountain, place to be seen and to see. great food. 300 long wine list. try the basil mary's if they still have them.
