Everything is perfect, the design, the coffee, the lovely baristas, & the merchandise selection. Mostly I love the espresso machines, because they pull legit shots of espresso & steam milk perfection
One of the original speciality "third-wave" coffee roasters and shops in San Francisco, Ritual boasts a nonchalant attitude, delicious coffee / espresso drinks, and a selection of donuts and pastries.
Coffee professional Erin Meister wrote, “Their focus on the beans rather than the roast or even necessarily the barista were a sort of turning-point for a lot of other coffee companies.” 자세히 보기
Great space to grab some solid coffee and get work done or have a sit down with friends. They play trendymusic and have a central location to other decent Mission spots if that's what you're into 😎
This popular spot has garnered a roasting reputation of its own with a meticulous and fanatical approach to production and brewing that borders on the religious. Try out the seasonal espresso blends. 자세히 보기
Yukro beans from Ethiopia drip with fermented pulp tones that soak the mouth and aroma of the cup. Pineapple & citrus flavors awaken in the mouth and fade to a sizzle with some acidity but low body.
Now with a bike share pod across the street. Getting thru the Mission was never easier — and you don't have to worry about your bike being stolen when enjoying your morning Ritual!
A quiet cafe with classical music and wi-fi. Half the price of the hipster places nearby and the interior follows suite. However a great place to work and get stuff done. #win
Aramo beans from Ethiopia were available as a cold brew on the nitro tap today. The mouth of the cup stands out with a bright, and fruit and herbal filled punch of peach and dill. Mid bod & hi aroma.
Good recommendations if you are lost what to order. Friendly staff. You can have a peaceful cup of coffee while sitting at the table on the sidewalk. And you can buy raw coffee to brew home.
Worse espressi (I tried two, just to give the place another chance) I have ever tried in my life! Sure they get the hearts etc perfectly down in the latte's foam but common... Also: no wifi!
The original Valencia Street location is classic coffee shop cool, while the reclaimed-wood Napa stand helps fuel up sippers perusing the artisanal purveyors at the famous Oxbow Public Market. 자세히 보기
Spot is great for eavesdropping on interesting conversation or meeting people at the large communal table in the back. Coffee is excellent too. Smooth and barely bitter.
The Don Guayo beans from Guatemala were prepared as a cold brew on nitro. The cup has slightly more body feel than it does in mouth. Aroma and mouth of lemon leads to a body of potato and walnut.
Pourovers are still made by humans and are better than their espresso drinks. Appreciate that staff still wears masks, door is kept open, and outdoor seating is available
Gatchatha, a bean from Kenya, is fun to cup with its multiple levels of flavor. The mouth has characteristic punch with caramel and banana tones. The finish is dark with a touch of cinnamon.
Excellent coffee, great meeting spot. Lots of space to chat. Amazingly, the baristas seem to be different every day. Don't forget they have multiple espressos to choose from!
Hacienda Carmona beans (Guatemala) were prepared as today's cold brew. The roast just grazes a medium body, yielding more of emphasis on sweet tones of papaya and agave nectar. Cups soft in mouth.
This is one of the Apple tribe's stomping grounds. Anthropologists will enjoy the opportunity to observe an especially dedicated string of Steve Jobs followers. Coffee is ok btw. Prices ok. No outlets
La Folie from Guatemala prepared as a cold brew has a faint dark chocolate bitterness in the light body of the cup. The cup is clean with a honeydewmelon mouth.
Excellent coffee, but the baristas are way-too-cool. Ignored usually, then looked put out when one asks for rec. I buy the coffee from local shops instead of braving the hipstas on Valencia.
Although known for their coffee, they also serve a variety of fine teas! Tea menu isn't always on display; you may have to ask to see it. The osmanthus-elderflower is particularly lovely!
the most hipster place I've ever been -- also the only coffee I've ever had that was good enough to drink black. they have a menu with tasting notes. no outlets though
