Heather Williams1월 20, 2016Although seasonal, try the pineapple upside down pancakes if you get the chance. They're perfectly fluffy, not too sweet and light as can be. They're also served with cinnamon butter.
Stephen10월 6, 2014The corned beef hash was fantastic. So yummy. The coffee is great (and the mugs are large!) and orange juice, delicious. Offered corn or flour tortillas or choice of toast with some breakfast items.
Social News Network11월 25, 2013Who doesn't love brunch? Snooze is a fabulous brunch restaurant right in the heart of downtown. Be sure to get there early! There's almost always a wait, especially on the weekends, but it's worth it!

Everything! Every meal I've had was great! They have heaps of vegetarian options. The Bloody Mary's are great! It's probably the best breakfast/brunch in Boulder.
The variations on eggs Benedict are fantastic. Picture is of Benny Goodman and Late Harvest duo. Their hash browns aren't very good, though: underdone and uninspired. Sub them out for something yummy.

Love the Spuds Deluxe (aka hashbrowns) and add whatever meat and veggies you fancy. This is a LARGE portion, but get the 1/2 order for 1/2 the price!- Get the new Banana Nutella Situation- plantain French toast with warm Nutella both inside and on the side with banana chips on top. Amazing!

Sandwich I Am is delicious. Pro tip, french toast and pancakes comes in half/small orders. Ask about the pancake of the day, and say hi to Amalie.
