The ribs and the brisket. Basically everything. The sides are made from scratch. The pies are homemade. The place is great!

To say that I love Sugarfire is an understatement. If I had the cash & worked out 4 hours a day, I'd eat every night here. Love the burgers, brisket, sides, pure cane soda. Brisket was fork tender. Pimento cheese - close to perfect. Fries cooked right. All around a big difference from our first visit. The Big Muddy is the go to but always pay attention to the specials they change all the time and have never disappointed.

The generous portions of meat are carved directly onto brown-paper-covered trays, resulting in a kind of Shawshank vibe.
This place is a must stop! Amazing food, friendly service and good prices! Best bar b Que in the STL!!!
