I came in one day and it was pretty crowded, I took it as a try a ton of glasses & ask questions day. A week later, I went in, purchased 2 pairs, & was out within 30 min. Could not have been easier!

They are more than willing to tighten/clean your current pair of glasses; I left the store and my old glasses felt like new!
