Coming from a born/bred Californian - by far the best Mexican joint in all of Manhattan. The friendly family who runs it serves up delicious tacos and sopas. Many a nights in the EV have ended here.

It's not too clean the same guy handling the money was also making the food(no gloves)
You don't want to miss the tinga de pollo tacos. 3 tacos make the perfect serving. Ask for crema and salsa on the side to complete this heavenly experience.

Go for the grande taco. My favorites are the pork or chorizo, but the meats vary by the day. If you like your tacos SPICY, this is the spot.
