- Want to get fit? This is the fastest (and maybe most expensive) way. Barrys classes are no joke, but they WORK. Always get a pb&j smoothie after. Treat yourself!

- Harley's 5:30pm workouts are the business. Even Barry himself takes that class. Awesome music, lots of sweat & many calories burned!
- Well + Good2월 14, 2012This treadmill-based workout combines killer cardio with sculpting floorwork. We like to call it "the fastest hour in fitness," especially with Joey, Keoni, or Noah.
- Patrick, Matty, Noah and Rebecca are all amazing. Quite possibly one of the most amazing and grueling workouts ever.

- Make sure to take Keoni's 6 or 7 AM class on Friday. He's the best instructor --- kicks your ass in a tough love kind of way.
- Seriously my favorite workout regime thus far. So fun and it will kick your ass! Great soundtrack too to get you pumped. Work it sexy.
- Take full body with Courtney! You'll be crying at the end and you'll also be one of the first people to sign up for more 'punishment.'
- I haven't done a monday night in a while...damn, this is going to hurt!
- There's a door to the women's locker room in the little nook in the back of the room
- Get there early to get on treadmills first, then you're warm for the weights!
- Simultaneously one of the toughest and most enjoyable workouts in all of NYC.
