The brewery is currently in the midst of a multi-million dollar expansion that will boost its capacity in the borough. Right now, much of their beer is brewed at F.X. Matt Brewing in Utica, NY.
Out on the North Fork is this brewery in an old firehouse. The truck bays are where the magic happens, and the station house upstairs serves their delicious brews in a tasting room on weekends.
