doug • 10월 13, 2013CKO one is one of the hardest and most pushing workouts. Highly recommended if you want to burn calories and get in shape fast. Great class hours and instructors too !

Mischa • 5월 17, 2015If you need yoga classes and zumba and all that kind of stuff, this is not place for you. Pretty much straight forward, it's a gym with all the facilities to exercise and at a very convenient rate.
