Daewook Ban • 3월 10, 2013센트럴, 아일랜드 샹그릴라 호텔 안. 반드시 예약이 필요한 이 중식 레스토랑은 럭셔리한 광동음식을 먹어보고 싶다면 꼭 들러야할곳이다. 메뉴선정은 어렵지않다. 종류가 많긴 하지만 주방장 추천마크가 친절하게도 메뉴에 잘표시되어 있다. 미슐랭스타가 달린 레스토랑답게(그것도 홍콩이니 ㅠㅠ) 가격이 착하지 않다. 하지만 절대 실망하지 않을 훌륭한 맛을 선사해준다.

Daewook Ban • 6월 20, 2013멤버스 온리! 홍콩의 프라이빗 클럽중에서 멤버쉽가격이 가장 비싼 곳이다.(1억원에 육박. 거기에 연회비!-대신 밥값은 비싸지않다) 멤버가 예약해주면 동행하지 않아도 입장이 가능하다. 웨이터들이 인민군복을 입고 서빙해주는 이 고급식당의 음식은 실로 놀랍다. 흔한 핫앤사워숩부터 차원이다르고, 춘권마저 마치 도쿄고급덴뿌라야 작품같다. 기회가 된다면 꼭 가보자!
