Sasha H. • 1월 7, 2011Best time to swim: after 7 when all the kids are doing homework or getting in their jammies
Audrey T. • 8월 20, 2014The best pool in Manhattan. All of their teams: AGUA, polo, and masters swimming are fantastic programs.
Brian K. • 2월 15, 2010Great rink, much less crowded (and less expensive) than Wollman Rink, Rockefeller center, or Bryant park.
Mikey • 4월 10, 2017Great large space that is usually never crowded. Best part is the cavernous main floor. Staff is usually very kind and helpful. Con: a lot of the machinery and equipment is dated.
Jim S. • 12월 6, 2010The swimming teachers of SwimJim are the most recognized swimming instructors in New York and Houston, Texas.
Whits End • 7월 8, 2014During lap swim, please swim in lane appropriate for your speed and ability. Slow, medium, fast. And don't stand in the middle of the lane when you're resting. Stand to the side!
Ava D. • 7월 4, 2011July 4th BBQ - free hot dogs and burgers. Something for the vegetarian would be a nice touch!
Fodor's Travel • 8월 21, 2015Stop by Queens for a lazy summer day at the city’s largest and oldest pool (dating back to 1936). Once you’re done swimming, you can stroll around Astoria Park along the East River.
Younes C. • 11월 25, 2015It's a salt water pool; probably around 20 yards in length, 3 lines. Can get crowded around 7-9pm.
