Yoon • 8월 2, 2015포틀랜드 시내에 제공하는 햄 살라미 소세지 치즈 등 육가공 제조업체가 직접 운영하는 레스토랑.주인이 독일에서 배워와서 하는거라는데 개인적으론 독일 살라미보다 훨씬 풍미가 좋고 짜지도 않음. 전반적으로 와인과 매우 잘어울리고 오픈된주방이나 창고와 테이블과의 연결이 자연스러운 인테리어가 맘에듬. 식당이 크지 않아 반드시 예약을 권하고 아니라면 좀 기다릴수밖에.
