Redesigned by Christian Lacroix, this reasonably-priced boutique hotel offers breathtaking views on Notre Dame cathedral and the Seine. A great choice for lovers

Great views of Notre Dame, and a short walk to Marais, Saint Germain, and the Saint Michel metro station. The rooms have some quirks like bathrooms that are more form than function.

Ask for the top floor room with the skylight over the bed that looks out on Notre Dame cathedral.

No more earplugs needed since it got a makeover with new windows; food in the area is, as with the rest of Paris, hit and miss: some awesome places and some terrible ones.
