Places to get your grub on in Washington DC. The challenge for 2013: manage to eat at all of these places...Now that's some Resolution. (As recommended by Taste and See).

"This is an upscale place with very competitive prices. If you're from out of town and staying near the airport, avoid the salons in downtown Savannah and come here!"
