jennifer milligan12월 16, 2012Go here! All the food is home cooked and buffet style. Everything was delicious and the waitresses are dressed like from the americana revolutionary time period. All very polite and good service
J C8월 16, 2016Fried Chicken! There is also broiled chicken and pulled pork. Authentic southern cuisine. Not for the faint hearted, you need to be hungry to really enjoy this place. I would definitely come back.

David11월 6, 2016Visited here back in September of 2013 and I loved the old colonial atmosphere inside. This place serves (in my opinion) best fried chicken anywhere in the US. They also have good desserts.

Jane Friedman10월 14, 2014A cheerful place to get lunch and shop a little if you're visiting Monticello or doing a vineyard tour. Definitely for tourists; don't expect more than solid country cooking. Good for families.

If you're not actually at Michie Tavern, you shouldn't check in there.
