No idea why but the one here in Geneva is a notch better than the one in Lausanne despite being the same company. Anyway great food for people not caring too much about their cholesterol.

Stayed there a few times... It is everything you'd expect from a palace hotel - apart from the burgers. The burgers in the bar are the best in Lausanne without question.
