Biggest synagogue in Europe, really amazing on the inside. It has a Jewish Museum and a Memorial to the Victims of the Nazi and Soviet dictatorships. You can have a guided tour. It's worth a visit.

Very nice but it's like a maze. There are no clear signs. It is easy to get lost. Not proper for kids. Employees are not helpful at all, even if you speak hungarian.

You can go inside only with guided tour groups. Book online and bring ids or passports. Waiting in the queue to book a tour is a waste of time. Tours last ~ 30'.
You can pay to go to the top level or stay on the ground level for free! While looking at the cafe go to the left. There is a small opening where you can get to a ledge to overlook the city for free!
It's a breathtaking view from the top of the Gellert Hill! The Unesco thinks the same and listed the view of Budapest in its World Heritage Sites.
