Sour beers get their characteristic twang from a secondary bacterial fermentation. Think beer mixed with kombucha.

Paul S3월 29, 2014If you're not a sour beer fan, then stay away. Amazing sours! Unfortunately, no samplers. If you go in a group, split tall glasses and share them. Too many sours will upset your stomach.
Sad what has happened here. Used to be one of the best experiences in the bay.
