Martin's Handmade Pretzels are awesome & they give samples. Buy a bag of 'broken' -- cheaper, just as tasty & besides the whole ones are so big, snackers are likely to break them anyway.
Whatever you do, dont skip the pretzel guys. A buck for two delicious hard pretzels.
Be sure to check out the winter wine selections and the fresh warm baked goods - good even in the cold!

While ConEd use Union Square for Hurricane Sandy relief, the Greenmarket has been relocated temporarily to Madison Sq Park (near Flatiron)
