The brilliantly hemispherical scoops are light & fluffy around the edges, cool & creamy at the core. Both a visual delight and a treat to the tongue. Takes ice cream beyond taste, into an experience.
I got mine here with good price. Staff was friendly and price was good. If not too busy, ask them to roll for you. Try space cake, you'll dig it.

The best in town for my opinion! Best weed, helpful budtenders (IG @haze4breakfast), free bongs, nice music, a lot of space to sit and chill. Not in the center, so not much people, but pretty enough

Very well-designed museum. Makes the history of Amsterdam interesting and engaging, especially the newer DNA exhibit. The museum is massive so it takes hours to explore everything thoroughly.
A really fascinating look at WWII from the perspective and participation of the dutch. It may put a lot of the things you learn from the rest of your trip in a different perspective.

Very cozy and authentic place in a flowery church garden. Delicious cakes and quality coffee served. It has also has a second floor which you can also work / study quietly.

Amazing delicious Dutch style pancakes. Had the "Canadian" with bacon, loads of cheese, onions and the works. Well grilled, crispy and flavorful. One of the best pancakes in Amsterdam hands down!
Order the fresh squeezed orange juice, either by itself or as part of the pancake breakfast.
Staff was super friendly and welcoming (I was dining on my own and didn't have a reservation, but they found space for me). Get the rice table, so much food and so many flavors!
Awesome tasting menu. Changes inspiration quarterly. We had the 'Dutch' menu and everything was delicious. Great wine selection as well.
