    "Disappointed with the quality of service. Serving is too slow. I chose Chicken Katsu because of unlimited cabbage and rice but you have to wait forever to have the refill. Totally disappointed."

    "It is always the worst fast food service. You will get your order after 30 minutes or 1 hour. You have to scold the server or cashier just to get your food. Cashiers are unfriendly and frowning."
