"Tonkotsu soup was rather meh, despite being an msg bomb. The char siu wasn't memorable."

· 싱가포르"Don't quite fancy the marinated chunks of sashimi, as it masks the natural flavour of the fish. Truly fresh sashimi should be firm n chilled. This was warmish."

· 싱가포르"They were not kidding. Each slice of duck has a thick layer of fat under the skin. But the skin and flesh were crispy and yummy!"

· 싱가포르"Bollywood roll, i.e. fried ebi sushi with avocado topped with curry mayo and a blanket of crispy tempura dough bits, is an interesting combo worth trying but probably not worth $17."

· 싱가포르"Crab stock ramen has a soup base that is part tonkotsu n part crab stock. The flavour of crab shell dominates and was too sharp and strong for me."
