If they lose your bag don't bother asking for help. "It takes up to four hours to find it." Or you can search yourself and find it in 40 minutes.

Dont pay $4.95 for an hour of internet. Boingo does offer free wifi for 45 minutes, you just gotta look for the button to click.

Go to Famiglia and get a stromboli. They're wonderful. The restaurant is by the E gates.

Passport control here is a joke. Hundreds of people and only 10 desks open. Why? Bad management. Houston: get your act together as this is an awful way to treat visitors to the state of Texas.

International travelers BEWARE! This airport is testing a NEW system of border control/customs. It is a disaster. Do not connect through here unless you have Global Entry.

The B terminal sucks. Tiny, hot, crowded. The folks who declared this the best airport in America clearly missed this terminal.
