Classes here are amazing--the instructors are friendly, encouraging, and not at all intimidating. Totally worth a visit if you're just starting out with lifting, or if you already have experience.
Chill vibe and the space is well-maintained, clean, ad very zen. Beginner classes are truly beginner level, which is really nice!

Too cool for school unmarked LA place in a nondescript East Hollywood strip mall. Parking is a nightmare and there are about 10 seats, but the whole ordeal is worth it for that kimchi fried rice.
