    "This place has been having roof done for months .. Either the neglect by the city was so bad or the contractor is incompetent ! Gym is filthy , ceiling tiles are sure are mouldy , full of ants etc"

    "This place needs serious clean up outside the doors . Been 6 months and the same garbage there . The repairs from hell continue .. Not sure why it is taking so long ! No plausible explanation anyway ."
