"Total lack of cust service. train delayed 2hrs -NEVER gave update to est new time. No place to sit, no org when boarding and it was a mad house. Amtrak needs to take lessons from Southwest Airlines!!"

· Romulus, 미국"Turn OFF WiFi on your devices. Boingo service is terrible and will cause your iPhone to not work even after it takes forever to authenticate (if it ever connects). Best to use you cell service."
