Worst Banfield we have been to. Over 1 hr 15 min late, no updates, no apologies
Don't make an appointment when they first open at 9AM. Walk ins show up & then everyone has to wait. Meanwhile I hear the staff laughing in the back room while we continue to wait. It's 9:30.
I love how attentive and compassionate the staff are to my dogs.. No matter what the issue they always do a great job! Dr Fowler is excellent!!
