• The pool & pool staff = 5 stars. Greeter, set up our chairs, umbrella positioned correctly, suntan lotion provided, water glasses refilled often. Fresh fruit skewers, smoothie samples. Heated pool.

• I can understand the parking, since space here is at a premium. There is a public parking garage next door if you need it. I do not understand the lack of shuttle service.
