• The hotel is very well appointed. And, even though you don't swim, I recommend the rooftop patio past the pool. Amazing views that few guests discover. Can see frm the Ship Channel to the Galleria!

• Cons: You have to pay $19 for parking. Room wifi is not free. No refrigerators in the rooms. Pros: super comfortable beds, great location.

• After reading so many complaints I can say our phone and wifi coverage has been excellent (7 devices connected). Also, if you're an AT&T Internet subscriber wifi is free. :)

• Great hotel, sketchy neighborhood, beds are super comfy and people are nice. Only complaint is a/c has to be on 65 for it to feel cool in room.
