• Lovely hotel. Nice breakfast. Free shuttle for trips within 5 miles of the hotel. Most of all, friendly and helpful staff.

• We've stayed here twice, and the pool was disgusting on both occasions. Great staff and rooms, but if you want to use the pool, I wouldn't recommend it.

• When you check in, review your reservation carefully. Front desk is very nice but dumb as CA educated. They fix everything but it takes time. You have to give them the priority club number.

• They need to fix the room key problem. Mine didnt work and needed to be remade twice. Also if you have room keys here remember you are not suppose to carry with your phone. It messes with it

• sorry we do not like the new restaurant. we always stayed here because of the pub and family friendly seating. we go out now for meals :-( Wishe you had a firkin type pub here
