Make sure you walk the car and document any damage you see. They have been trying to stick me with a false claim. The unfortunate thing is I rent from National almost every week. This is sad!

Very disappointing customer service Had an issue with damage on a bumper and the rep couldn't take 2minutes to call the origination rental place to confirm preexisting damage so I did. #SMH
