• The only advice I have is don't ever go to this place. Save yourself the trouble. Anyone deserves your money more than these guys. Go to another NTB.

• The hourly shop rate (more than some law firms) and labor book are at the dealership level. Always get a competing quote for repairs - guarantee you will save 25-33% or more (I always do).
