  • Lise K.Don't be intimidated if there's a long line. These champs get you in and out in no time!

    Lise Keeney

  • Jess B.This Starbucks stinks! Always a long line and the employees clearly hate their jobs.

    Jess Borum

  • MeridithTerrible location. Always a line, inefficient staff. Disappointing.

    Meridith

  • Anthony N.This is by far the worst SB in the world. Service is slow and no matter what you say your name is, they get it wrong. I'm not sure but Tony sounds nothing like Tommy. Just ask Tyrella!

    Anthony Nicholas

  • Jenny L.Pretty & chic Starbucks, reflecting the neighborhood. Less seating, but enjoy your drinks on the comfy sofa.

    Jenny Lee

  • Neal H.THREE(!) Starbucks at this intersection: one attached to the NE side of the Credit Agricole building, one on the north side of 53rd St halfway between 6th&7th Ave (Hilton), & one on NE corner of 53rd

    Neal Hill

  • Dr. Michele I.Great spot for a couple or three friends... But there isn't a lot of Seating.... Nice in a Saturday/Sunday afternoon

    Dr. Michele Ivey

    Shakespeare Eraepsekahs

  • Katie T.I grabbed a caramel Frappucino with soy milk before seeing "Cabaret" and it was really great. Definitely the best I've ever had at any Starbucks. The barista was also really sweet and friendly.

    Katie Tuohy

  • Alexander M.Starbucks-girl sad: "I'm sure you are famous!!" :-)

    Alexander Medvedev

  • Guy S.What a terrible Starbucks. Employees are rude and unhelpful. 20 minutes to produce a skim latte, and that was done grudgingly after asked if the order had been placed.

    Guy Sealey

  • Sarah K.This has become the worst Starbucks in the area. New staff are way too slow. There is a line out the door everyday. Plan on waiting for at least 10 minutes to order.

    Sarah K.

  • Andre R.Mezzanine seating is great. No way for the strollers to get up here!

    Andre Roberge

  • Lindsey D.My favorite Starbucks in the city. Scooch up next to one of the hundreds of outlets, gaze out the window and write that novel.

    Lindsey Dybdahl

  • Nora S.If you're using it for the free wi Fi, get there before 10 on a weekday. If not - all the tables are taken with people who sit for hours.

    Nora Schiess

  • Jane R.Really loud and packed

    Jane R

  • Samantha F.Discount for Fordham students, John Jay students and hospital employees. Bring your ID!

    Samantha Franco-Lee

    Joshua Cohen

  • D B.Sarah is also one of the friendliest @starbucks Baristas ever.

    D Ben

  • Amy D.Slllllllooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww

    Amy D

  • Mohammed C.John Jay College students & staff receive a 10% discount if you show them your ID.

    Mohammed C.

  • Jay V.Whenever a table or chair is about to become free, everyone eyes it like that scene in "Hunger Games" where they all get ready to dash for the pile of weapons.

    Jay V

  • Natalie V.Worst Starbucks. Staff is great, but the customers are the worst seat hogs. Never anywhere to sit here.

    Natalie Volkman

  • Melissa C.Very friendly staff, quick service.

    Melissa Carrier

  • Michael C.Probably the worst Starbucks I've been to in the city. They take too much time just talking about who should do what tasks. Don't come here.

    Michael C
