It’s a must, not only for the traditional Alsatian food they offer, but also for the beauty of its spaces and ornate ceilings. Located next to the catedral. Expensive but worth it.

Excellent iconic restaurant in one of the oldest Strasbourg's building, unique choucroute (sauerkraut) recipes by Guy-Pierre Baumann. Try his famous choucroute a la lotte et au lard (monkfish/bacon).

Если все таки хотите попробовать шукрут - берите рыбный, поскольку мясо и колбаса в традиционном абсолютно безвкусные (не спасает даже горчичный соус). И готовьтесь - размер порции очень большой 😅

Located under the oldest building, you can sit and see the Norte dame cathedral. The choucroute was very nice.

Очень старый, красивый ресторан с хорошим обслуживанием:) все идут сюда пробовать традиционный Эльзасский шукрут (видимо чтобы понять какая это невкусная вещь и не есть ее больше никогда)
