    "Longest wait for checkin ever. Spent 45 minutes in the queue and there were only 3 people in front of me. The clerks are incredibly chatty, so it takes 10-15 minutes per client :("

    "Avoid buying the bus tour of city sights NY. Even if you do it online you are then forced to stay in a line for an hour (!) to exchange the voucher for actual ticket. Sad experience :("
