its a no frills gym. theres everything you need there, cardio, weights, and a trx system. wish they had more classes there and some kickboxing bags. otherwise, its very clean and a great gym.
The machines are in good shape and the staff there is awesome and super helpful!! I transferred my home gym to them because I liked them so much better.

Parking situation kinda sucks. And don't come during prime hours like early mornings and after 5:30 in the afternoons.
Use the machines furthest away from the stairs, they're in better shape bc they're used less often. Ooopps just gave the secret away.
Tiny and kinda gross, I really only come cause it's close to the train station. Rockaway is much better
$10/month contract, you can't go wrong. Great business model. They can be the Southwest Airlines or Walmart of Gyms!
