This is a personal TODO list of all the places I'm planning to check out while I live in Tokyo.
"The spicy yuzu ratanmen wasn't that spicy, and the broth had only a very slight yuzu flavor. With that said, the thin noodles were cooked to perfection, and the char siu had a nice grilled char."
