My favorite places to work out in LA. I was an instructor in LA from 2003-2006 and visit frequently. Always gotta get in at least a few of these places every time I go!

Best places to sweat in Baltimore. I was an instructor in Baltimore from 2006-2010 and still guest teach when I'm visiting.
