"Food is nice (tiny mussels), service SUCKS. A service charge is included in the bill, but they have the gall to get snotty if you don't leave change as well. Also, they do SELECTIVE pay in advance."

"It's a nice place, but no info on facilities. No room guide, no info on what time breakfast is served, laundry facility, no restaurant menu, etc, without asking polite but dim staff."

"Also, why do eateries catering to the European market not include so much as kaya toast or a few other local specialties? Sure, people want bacon and eggs, but local dishes are good too."
