Founded in 1742, this is Britain’s oldest cheese shop and the first to sell Stilton in London. This blue cheese was pioneered by an inn-owner from Cambridgeshire in the 1720s.
The rolls are the best. Sandwiches good too. Avoid the torpedos. Can't beat cheese and pickle!
Get some Stichelton (eat it while drinking some barley wine - from Utobeer or The Rake)

The first genuine poutine I've found in London. Gravy lacks flavour but the cheese curds are just like you find in Canada.
