For breakfast get there early. The cold beverage dispensers touch screen interface is a bit hard to work through.

Received my food fast after ordering, everything was correct; however, the lid on the salad was loose and I carried it up the stairs in a plastic bag. Thankfully my salad didn’t spill out.

Each register is it's own line, so stand behind the shortest one or more aggressive people will cut you.

Been to better McDonalds in the hood. Line 10 miles long. Not only do I fear for my life here half the time, they ran out of fries. Not that I need them, but what kind of McDonalds runs out of fries?

Holy Shit DON'T go downstairs to the seating area... It's the saddest place in NYC.

Go to the lines on the right, they're always faster. Also avoid the cashier who wears the sweater-- very slow and a little creepy.

Horrible Customer Service! Takes them 10 minutes to serve one guest because they too busy socializing with each other and ignore the guest.
