Go for wine: stratospheric options and amazing selection. Food is fair: not scrumptious but very well done. Service can be a little 'rustic'. Those guys should drink some wine and chill.

This is one of the best local trattoria in Rome. Oxtail, lasagna, prosciutto&cheese plate and house wine were tasted, all is delicious. Located in the city center.

Carpaccio and Duck Ravioli were perfect. Tounge with mustard sauce is a good choice if you like sour. Wide variety of wines, better ask for staff's opinion but dont forget to give a price range

On nous en avait dit beaucoup de bien, on n'a pas été déçus. Délicieux les plats comme les vins. Très bon accueil, on y retournera! Les pâtes amatriciana étaient excellentes et le tiramisu, un délice.

The duck ravioli was the best ravioli I’ve ever had and probably the best duck dish I’ve ever had, too. The staff were also lovely.

i liked mozzarella and tomatoes. However i didnt like the aroma of home made lasagna and ravioli.only mozzarella and wine would make my evening.

Rome's first ever wine bar, the Cul de Sac was founded in 1968. Looking very traditional nowadays, it's cramped inside and out, with long pine benches and tables, and decidedly no-frills.
