TN • 10월 21, 2017The pho broth here is excellent. Looks oily but isn't actually heavy. The pork chop bun is also great. We enjoyed the crispy spring roll. Will definitely be back.
ᴡ A. • 9월 28, 2013Probably most authentic Vietnamese I've had in NYC since visiting Vietnam. Classic Beef Phö, spicy brisket banh mi & lemongrass chicken =delicious. You NYU brats are nuts: the waitresses are wonderful
Cash Only!
Jenice M. • 5월 29, 2021The Rooster Wings were very delectable! On the surface, they were crisp and tasty, yet on the interior, they were cooked lovingly. This is one of the nicest bowls of pho I've ever had.
Paul T. • 5월 7, 2010#11 spicy, vegan lemongrass tofu, rocks. Simple, tasty, pretty light for a big banh mi.
lia b. • 2월 28, 2016don't be fooled by the fancy interior, Pasteur is LEGIT. best Vietnamese pork chop with rice in the city, and under $10!
Sharon T. • 11월 8, 2015Best pho in the city -- always get #5 (chin nam) and #42 bun cha gio thit nuong! (: i would avoid the sandwiches here.
Greg O. • 7월 1, 2013One of my favorite restaurants in the city. Best service and best food. Love these guys. I recommend the 'BBQ beef over vermicelli noodles' and 'salt & pepper squid'. Get a '33' beer as well. Enjoy!!!
The Corcoran Group • 10월 11, 2011A bit more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants, but totally worth it as the food is flavorful and fresh. Try the Summer Rolls, Pork Noodle Bowl and the Shrimp Crepe.
Sarah G. • 4월 29, 2022Short ribs, crispy fried rice and a soft shell crab Banh Mi were the table favorites! The sautéed greens with garlic, oxtail fried rice and garlic shrimp noodles were also great
F. B. • 11월 14, 2018Sietsema: 1 of 2 Teochew restaurants in C-town. Duck is braised and presented with a vinegary dipping sauce; Cambodian/Viet soups. Bean curd skin stuffed with shrimp & deep fried. Very comfortable.
Anna F. • 12월 19, 2012Meat lovers - please please please get the Cub Classic, and make it spicy. It's definitely not a traditional bahn mi but that's what makes it even better.
Nina R. • 8월 15, 2021Best spot for pho in LES by FAR. So with the spicy lemongrass pho with brisket. You won’t be sorry. Wings are good too.
Jennifer Y. • 12월 30, 2020A newcomer who opened during the pandemic but starting to become a staple. Had the #5 (pork) banh mi and did not disappoint
Erica S. • 8월 29, 2009Vegetarians, order the vegetable noodle soup! Get your non-veggie friends beef noodle soup or rice with beef cubes. End your meal with a Vietnamese coffee.
Ranu R. • 2월 11, 2017Love this new modern Vietnamese addition to the hood. Start with papaya salad and spring rolls, then move onto pho and beef stew. Tasty house hot sauce! Everything was delic, I loved the interior too.
Serious Eats • 4월 23, 2013The archetypical bành mí baguette: ultra-crisp and crackly with a blistered surface and soft, tender crumb plus perfectly fresh fillings make this bahn mi our favorite in NYC.
Matt P. • 9월 16, 2022BBH Beef Shank is a must! Banh Mi Platter is genius and don't forget some Beef Tartare too.
Ernesto G. • 11월 30, 2019Their pho is something else. With four meats to choose from and a delicious broth, you are in for a treat. The classic banh mi was good but go for the soup instead.
