There's too many people in this busy square on weekends & events for car traffic.
Beware the bicyclists who will run you over rather than jeopardize their win in the imaginary Tour de Force going on in their heads.
the homeless or jobless are annoyingly asking for $$ this time of year new students beware if homeless have a cell phone or liquor or smokes they have more $$ than they let on don't help them
