Danielle Neufeld: Wonderful little museum with lots of info on the history of voodoo. Take as many picture as you like- they encourage it! Lots of great goodies in the gift shops. Gris gris bags, voodoo dolls, & more.
HISTORY: Since 1727 New Orleanians have worshipped in churches on this site. A fire in 1788 burned the church to the ground. Construction of a new church began in early 1789, & was completed in December 1794.
