When you check out make sure the reservation price matches your checkout price (assuming no dif in itinerary). They generally have good service, but I've been charged different prices before.

Poor maintenance on their fleet. Had to switch out cars at another Avis and spend an additional hour because they don't even check air pressure.

Beware debit card renters: a $200 hold on top of the rental cost. Opt out of the tank fill & do it yourself + save your greenbacks. Personally, Enterprise is way better down @ the Marriott off Conn.

If you are an Avis Prefered member, just got upstairs to the parking garage Level 6 to get your car. No need to go to inside to the counter.
