• fast car dropoff. Get the Ford Fusion next time. The Ford sync works well with iPhone. Better than carplay. It feels like a luxury ride.

• Check your contract to match the car. The car was parked in the wrong space and I was driving off with the wrong vehicle! Got to love the security!

• Look at the receipt after returning car. Tried to charge me an extra $25 when the tank was full. They said it was because I drove over 25 miles from when I had filled the tank. They fixed it.
