• This is a nice hotel with great sized rooms. The Parking lot gates are challenging as hey work most of the time. Sitting area on 2nd floor is very nice and comfortable.

• WORST Hotel in Boston. Staff is rude and harasses it's guests. Added bogus fees to bill; "noise complaint fee"!???! NEVER COME HERE! Terrible food. Cook will call you a liar if you send it back!!

• It gets too hot in the rooms at night. You can't really regulate the air even if it seems like you can.

• don't take the black cabs they offer. easily 2x the price of a city cab. mediocre location but walk across river st bridge for food /bars
