Maybe one of the best meals of my life. Every item from the free apps to dessert were mind blowing. The spicyrigatoni and meatballs, Caesar salad, and rigatoniragu all literally the best I've had.
Dev meets “Chef Jeff” Pastore at Carbone, a very expensive red-sauce joint from Major Food Group, where they eat octopus pizzaiolo, fresh mozz, and beef carpaccio Piedmontese. [Episode 5] 자세히 보기
Cool spot with old movie vibe and delicious food. Everyone talks about the veal parm, but our "captain" strongly recommended the veal marsala and it was unreal! For dessert, get the tortoni!
At this Villagerestaurant, your meal is best concluded with the dessert cart, and the star of the show is the carrot cake. It’s a curvy, ultra moist slice that hugs a scoop of ginger ice cream. 자세히 보기
All the hype is for a reason! Great music and service. Charred octopus, spicyvodkarigatoni and carrot cake are all a must. Martinis too. Get there early and grab a drink at ZZ's ClamBar!
Finally made it to carbone! Eggplant, pinot noir wilamette, spicyrigatoni, salmon, and carrot cake. All phenomenal. Their apps are great esp the bread w tomato jam and salami.
When you get to the Tortellini Al Ragu, shut out all distractions and focus on the intense cheese wrapped in silky soft pasta. For dessert, get the meatballs. Yes, they are that good.
Everyone talks about spicyrigatoni and veal perm so I will skip that. (Did I just mention them???). Look at this carrot cake. This alone should tell you how inventive (and good) they are with food
🇮🇹 in the heart of Greenwich.take mozzarella with prosciutto & THE VEAL say Ciao Ciao to NYC, pray next time you visit again to come back to Carbone, eat these masterpieces And pay gold for them
Special crudos of the day are the real winners. The beef carpaccio is also delicious. Spicyvodkarigatoni is good but a little too al dente. Definitely overpriced but everything was so good.
I should say tonight has been one of the most pleasant and graceful restaurant experience. I was well taken cared of by the restaurant. I’m glad I first came here solo and my experience was intact.
You're here for the incredible, entertaining experience. Let the waiters take over and enjoy your wine, chopped salad, spicyvodkarigatoni and veal parm. Try to save room for dessert!
The veal parm is delicious. Great for sharing. "Everything is a special" - the waiter...Goodfellas type of atmosphere, authenticstaff, great music and ambiance, a wonderful NY experience.
Grab a Caesar salad, Spicy Rigatoni vodka (add the Meatballs x 3 / order), double lamb chops then Veal parm, and sizzling pancetta. You won't need dessert, but get an espresso and add sambuca
This place is amazing and magical. Period. Ingenious. Love it. A throwback to the 50's done right, with stunning modern touches. A magical night awaits. - the foodie magician xoxo
Treat yourself to a night in Roma, or at least pretend to when indulging in old style delicacies like the Tortellini al Ragu. The cozy brick interior and traditional décor helps achieve this!
Delicious pasta but overall food is a bit overhyped for the price. The atmosphere is great and classic NY but wouldn’t be my first recommendation for Italian food here. Also meatballs were undercooked
Best caesar salad of my life and the spicyrigatoni is out of this world. For all the hype, I was very let down by the veal parm. The decor is stunning and perfects the whole experience.
SpicyRigatoni with Meatballs is a must. The Caesar is made tableside and the croutons rock. Wine list is pricey but definitely worth it for a special occasion. Service is also above and beyond
Carbone is easily in my top 5 restaurants in NYC! The ambience is amazing (you'll love the music) and the food is fantastic. The pork chop is top notch and the carrot cake is delicious.
Amazing Italian with extensive wines and such great food... space is tight and staff kept bumping our table!!! Some food portions are small (i.e. meat) but most salads and pasta and others are huge!!
Amazing baked clams, spicyrigatoni volka and tortellini are must try! Meatballs was delicious, service as you can expected from a Michelin star restaurant
the parm, the clams, the spicyvodka sauce, the lobster ravioli. This place is a shrine to decadence. The food will be amazing, but make sure you have a reason to celebrate if your going there!
Baked clams, antipasti, spicyrigatoni, and meatballs are fantastic! Also, the music and decor make you feel like you're in a scene from goodfellas. One of the best Italian spots in NYC for sure!
Seriously cool and so delicious. Order the baked clams and table side Caesar. Then lots of pasta; the vodkarigatoni and lobster ravioli are awesome. Sorry but the $64 veal parm is so not worth it.
The 2014 Food & Drink Award Winner for Best New Restaurant, Carbone has turned the traditional Italian supper club on its head. We recommend the rigatoni alla vodka, veal Parmesan, and tiramisu. 자세히 보기
Worth the hype. Insane meal. SpicyRigatoni was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had, Caesar salad- amazing and Lemon Cheesecake to die for! Highly recommend!
The place feels like a lively night downtown, circa 1958. Classics include linguine & clams, veal Parmesan, chicken scarpariello & lobster fra diavolo. Full Menu - http://goo.gl/IkIR5 자세히 보기
Classic Italian-American. Order enough of the spicyrigatoni for the table. The meatballs are delicious and the veal parm can feed an army. Pay with Cover and skip waiting for the check 자세히 보기
From the same trio behind Torrisi Italian Specialties, Parm, and ZZ’s ClamBar, all the tropes of the classic Italian-American red sauce joints are at play, but better than you’ve ever had.
Yes, the spicyvodkarigatoni hype is real. Get the octopus, salad, baked clams 3 ways (comes with uni on top!!!) and the rigatoni. Loved the bread basket too.
I was touched by the amount of heart they’ve put of making perfect and my experience as a whole. I’ve got the most of my evening and look forward to my next visit.
Save your dollars, plan in advance and snag a reservation to this hot spot from pals Mario Carbone & Rich Torrisi! Love the throwback experience and food, especially Rigatoni and Cherry PepperRibs!
Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone spent a year touring the five boroughs’ classic red-sauce restaurants to round up the ingredients of a high-toned homage. the veal chop, the bass Alison, Tiramisu...
Downright seductive, Carbone’s spicy rigatoni vodka is a must. Curves of fresh, house-made maccheroni arrive in a buttery tomato sauce, flecked with spicy Calabrian chilies and salty pecorino shavings 자세히 보기
Have a cocktail at the bar while you wait, pancetta for the table, pasta and the veal parm, don't get more than one side unless you are willing to take home leftovers, must order at least 1 dessert.
Keeping the tradition of great Italian-American alive and well, with traditional favorites including Veal Parmesan, Chicken Scarpariello, LinguiniVongole, and Lobster Fra Diavola.
SpicyRigatoni, Black Bass Oreganata, the Burrata, and Lemon Cheesecake. I also love the grandmas bread. This is traditional Italian. No fusion nonsense.
Great dining experience! Fettuccine with shaved truffles is a must. Same with eggplantantipasti - comes with homemade mozzarella. Overall DELICIOUS with amazing service.
