The Best One, I know Ricard since his begging in Gandia and I think he is at the same level of the best restaurants in Spain
The Nº2, it is the restaurant of the IVAM and probably has the best local. I never tried the tasting menu but I'm sure I'll do it
Probably is the Nº3, I've only been once and I had a great experience but probably they should give you some thing more if they want to maintain the status
People love this restaurant I don't but I recognized it is an incredible restaurante where I have had better experiences last times I've visited it.
